The Casa Grande Corfu is a luxurious, newly built, autonomous and independent house of 500 sq.m. in Alykes Potamou. Designed by experienced decorators, it is a mixture of traditional Corfu’s architecture and modern interventions that respect the culture and aesthetics of the place where it is located.

Particular emphasis has been given to large and comfortable spaces, with large openings and orientation with sea view. The surrounding area is dominated by the pool with luxurious sunbeds and showers, which blends harmoniously with the greenery, the pergola and the barbecue in a space complemented by private parking spaces.

As a whole the luxurious Casa Grande Corfu consists of three levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor), which offer privacy and unique relaxation moments.

On the ground floor, with a total area of 230 sq.m. there are two entrances leading to two independent apartments. The first space on the ground floor is an autonomous four-bedded furnished apartment of 190 sq.m. with two bedrooms with double comfortable luxury beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and access to a part of the garden with separate entrance. The second space of 40sq.m. on the ground floor consists of a furnished double room with a comfortable double bed and has access to the garden and pool area. It is a specially designed studio where people with special needs (disabled) can be accommodated.

An autonomous furnished apartment of 150 sq.m. with two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom is located on the first floor. Following the internal staircase, we enter to the second floor of 120 sq.m. which consists of three bedrooms. There are one bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi and two 2 bedrooms with double comfortable beds and one bathroom.

The interior decoration of Casa Grande Corfu is enhanced by luxury furniture of famous brands, such as BoConcept, Dada & Molteni, Zealots etc. All bedrooms have their own unique design and are equipped with air condition – smart tv and private balcony with sea view.
